Woman murdered by stabbing in her private parts, accused gets 10 years jail

Kharora. Chhedan Marwahi, the accused who murdered Janti Bai Maravi 3 years ago in Kharora police station area of Raipur, has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment. Due to which there is a wave of happiness in the tribal society. Whereas BJP Yuva Morcha will honor Tatkalni police station in-charge Nitish Singh Thakur and the team. In fact, at around 10:30 pm on June 2, 2021, Chhedan Maravi and Govind Maravi came to the house in Math village near Kharora and started fighting with the family over a family dispute.

Due to which Janti Bai Maravi died the next morning. First a case of accidental death was registered, then Inspector Nitish Singh Thakur took permission from the District Magistrate to investigate. The buried body was taken out in front of the Tehsildar and Gwaho. Investigation found that the woman had been murdered. After interrogation, police registered an offense against accused Chhedan Marwahi and Govind Maravi under sections 450, 294, 323, 506, 303, 34 IPC. After taking action in the court, now the accused Chhedan Marwahi has been sentenced to 10 years.
