SDM hoisted the tricolor in Paddhar
Paddhar. The 75th Republic Day celebration of Sub-Division Paddhar was celebrated with great pomp in the courtyard of Senior Secondary School Paddhar. SDM Padhar Surjit Singh, who arrived as the chief guest at the function, hoisted the national flag and inspected the parade of police, home guard, NCC and NSS contingents and took the salute of the grand march past presented and also gave his auspicious message.
After this, the SDM also rewarded the institutions that participated in the parade and cultural program. Giving his auspicious message on this occasion, SDM Surjit Singh congratulated everyone on the 75th Republic Day and said that 26th January is an important and historical occasion for all the countrymen. On this historic day, on 26 January 1950, the constitutional system came into force in our country.
Our country has established itself as the largest democratic republic in the world. He said that the brave sons of Himachal Pradesh also played an important role in the country’s freedom movement. Even after independence, many brave soldiers of Paddhar sub-division including Himachal Pradesh have always been working on the front lines to protect the motherland from time to time.
On this occasion, SDM Paddhar honored the brave women of the martyrs’ families of sub-division Paddhar. Discussing the development works done in Paddhar sub-division, he said that along with social and economic upliftment and welfare of different sections of the society, a new story has been written in the field of development. SDM said that the administration will always stand in the leading role in making various public welfare schemes of the government available to the eligible people.
