Security beefed up in Tripura for Republic Day

Tripura: Security has been beefed up on the India-Bangladesh border and BSF has been put on alert. Vehicles are being checked on the highway and 107 other roads of the state.

Thousands of security personnel have been deployed and CCTV cameras have been installed at strategic locations in the capital to keep a vigil ahead of the Republic Day celebrations. Multi-layered security arrangements have been made.
