There was a fight over this matter and the dispute escalated. Then 5 boys beat up Santosh Saav and his worker Gajju Nirmalkar.
One of the accused stabbed Santosh Sao’s nephew Shivam Sao (17 years) in the stomach and worker Gajju Nirmalkar in the hand with a knife. Due to serious stomach injury, Shivam Sao was immediately taken to BM Shah Hospital, where he died. On the report of the incident, a crime was registered against 5 accused under sections 302, 147, 148 and taken under investigation. SSP Ramgopal Garg took the matter seriously and directed for the immediate arrest of the accused. On the other hand, MLA Rikesh Sen also gave instructions to take immediate and strict action regarding the case and himself met the family members of the deceased.
The accused Ankesh Chauhan alias Babu, Chandresh Pradhan alias Chhote, Rahul Prajapati alias Bhola, Sumeet Chauhan were taken into custody and interrogated. The accused confessed to committing the crime. The sharp knife used in the incident was seized at the behest of accused Babu Chandresh Pradhan alias Chhote. Four adults and one minor have also been arrested in the case.
