Siddipet: Target of 100 percent results in government schools, Harish Rao
Siddipet: Former minister T Harish Rao has requested education officials and directors of secondary schools to make every possible effort to achieve 100 per cent results in the Class 10 board examinations in the assembly electoral district. Day Siddipet. In a teleconference with these officials and directors on Tuesday, the former minister suggested appointing one teacher as tutor for every 10 students to monitor their progress. He said that he would have to hold meetings from time to time with the professors in charge to investigate the problem. Suggesting teachers to hold a meeting with the parents of Class X students, Rao has ordered them to educate the parents to keep their pupils away from phones and television till the completion of the examinations. He said that apart from speaking to each father through teleconference, he would also write a letter to them. Talking to each director, Rao verified whether they were offering special classes and whether they were preparing breakfast. Teachers have been assured of full support in this effort.
