Cheating of Rs 56 lakh in the name of giving agency, case registered

Bilaspur. These days, thugs have become very active in the district. In the name of providing agency, a young man was cheated of about Rs 65 lakh. After the complaint, Tarbahar police have registered the case and started investigation. Actually, this entire matter is of Tarbahar police station area. Here Manoj Kumar Kesarwani, resident of Green Garden Colony Mangla, works in buying and selling of pan masala and land. One day Manoj saw the advertisement in the paper and called the office of Advance International Raipur. After the initial conversation, the office people asked to contact Seema Srivastava of Bilaspur.On this, it was decided to open an agency of applicant Manoj Kumar Kesarwani in the main market of Rajiv Plaza. After the conversation, the victim met Yashwant Sinha, the founder of that company. After selecting the place for the agency, it was decided to give the agency for thirty lakh rupees.

Information was given through email. On this, the victim gave thirty lakh rupees to Yashwant Sinha and Seema Srivastava through RTGS in the account mentioned by them. Both of them made a fake agreement with the aim of convincing and deceiving the victim. About two months after the agreement, Seema and Yashwant Sinha contacted Manoj Kesharwani and told that their new factory was being set up. Another Rs 35 lakh is required to install the machine. After this, money was again demanded from him.After this, the accused gave false assurance to the victim of providing model kitchen as well as interior work. After 6 months passed, no attention was being paid by them. During that time, about five lakh rupees were spent on opening the showroom and on furniture, so Manoj Kesharwani put pressure on them. Then after sending goods worth Rs 2-3 lakh, the accused sent a fake bill of about twenty five lakh seventy two thousand two hundred and seventy seven rupees. On getting information regarding the bill, the victim came to know that the GST number given by Yashwant Sinha in the bill was fake. After finding out about the fraud, the victim lodged a report at Tarbahar police station. Police has started investigating the case.
