Minor accused gets punishment in minor rape case

Takhatpur. Takhatpur police has arrested an accused in the case of incest with a minor. The accused in this case is also a minor. This incident took place in Takhatpur police station area. Acting on the report of a minor girl’s mother, the police arrested the minor and sent him to a communication home. While filing the report, the girl Maang said that a boy of her acquaintance seduced her daughter and first took a dirty photo of her with him.

After that he continued committing adultery by threatening to make the photo viral. When the girl’s health deteriorated, she informed her mother. After this, they reached the police station and registered the case. DSP trainee Takhatpur police station in-charge Gaurav Singh said, considering the seriousness of the case, the police immediately took the accused into custody and found that the accused himself was a minor. At present, the police has arrested the accused minor and sent him to a communication home.
