Assam: Pulimai Kutum Pegu of Gohpur given the title of best farmer
Guwahati: Prominent farmer Pulimai Kutum Pegu from Gohpur was awarded the title of Best Farmer at the Assam International Agri-Horti Show 2023. The 37-year-old farmer received the award for his contribution to the agriculture and livestock sector, especially for his work in silkworm farming. 500 small saffron trees were planted in Gohpur area.
