Ratan: Generating electricity using new technology will save a lot of money

“Electricity is essential in every aspect of life. Therefore, there is no alternative to electricity even in the development of a better country.” Electricity Minister Ratanlal Nath said this at the 20th foundation day celebration of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited on Monday. It is noteworthy that he was the chief guest in this program. On this occasion, a colorful rally and health camp was organized at the corporate office complex located in North Banamalipur. In the morning, the Power Minister started the rally by waving the flag and releasing balloons in the corporate office premises. Later, a colorful rally of the office took out on various routes of the city. On this occasion, Energy Minister Ratanlal Nath wished everyone a happy new year. He said, “The aim of the present central and state government is to provide electricity service to every family and this work is progressing at double the speed. Generating electricity using new technology will save a lot of money. By using advanced technology it is possible to double the amount of electricity currently produced in the state with the amount of natural gas. The Power Minister further said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the people of the country to reduce dependence on natural gas, coal-based power generation and focus on renewable energy.” So, we have to think about alternatives also.”
