MeT- Chance of rain in Odisha from January 1, 2024

Bhubaneswar: There is a possibility of rain in Odisha from the beginning of the new year i.e. January 1, 2024, reliable reports in this regard said on Saturday. There is a possibility of rain from the beginning of the new year due to the influence of western monsoon.

Reports say that there is a possibility of light rain in some districts of the state by the end of the first week of January. From the beginning of the new year, the weather will change due to the influence of western monsoon.

It is noteworthy that the temperature will be 2 to 3 degrees higher than normal. Yesterday the minimum temperature in Bhubaneswar was recorded at 16.2 degrees Celsius.

Dense fog has engulfed various parts of the state, making vehicular movement difficult. There will be fog in the state till 31st December.
