High Court’s instructions to Raipur Police, arrest should be made soon in crypto currency case
Bilaspur. The High Court has ordered the police to immediately arrest the accused of defrauding lakhs of rupees in the name of investing in crypto currency in Raipur district and speed up the investigation.
A complaint has been lodged with the police that Tej Kumar Puri and his associates have cheated many people in Raipur and Mahasamund districts. He had given the lure of doubling the rupee in 6 months by investing in cryptocurrency. To avoid arrest, the accused had applied for anticipatory bail in the High Court. Hearing this, Justice NK Vyas has directed Raipur Police to speed up the investigation of forgery and also arrest the absconding accused.
