Attempt to murder, four conspirators including teenager arrested

Janjgir. Police have arrested four accused of Balwa who committed fatal attack with sticks and belts due to mutual enmity and old dispute. Three of these accused were sent to jail.

A minor accused has been sent to Child Observation Home Korba. According to the information received from Akaltara Police, Ashok Shukla had gone to Akaltara on 28 July 2023 to find out the age of his daughter regarding admission.

At the same time, the accused Rajnikant Pathak, Ravikant Pathak, Prashant Pathak and his other associates came to an agreement and beat him with hand, fist, belt and stick.

Police had earlier registered crimes under sections 294, 506, 323, 34 of IPC. Hurt Ashok Shukla was seriously injured. During investigation, sections 147, 148, 307 were added to the case.
