Goa: Sinquerim SC Pip Zetrapal SC, in cm

Mapusa: Sinquerim SC recorded a resounding 1-0 win over Xtrapal SC in the Copa Govia hosted by YSC Colvale at the Church grounds in Colvale on Monday.

Zetrapal SC missed good chances in the 22nd and 26th minutes in the form of Chandrakant Shirodkar and Yash Simepurashkar.

Sinquerim SC started the second half aggressively and Kris Naoroji scored with a brilliant corner shot.

The Best Player of the Party award was given to Kris Naoroji of Sinquerim SC by Steven Lobo, YSC Colvale Executive Committee member.

Sinquerim SC will now face CDJ Ribandar in the first semi-final on December 21.
