Make sour sweet chutney of raw mangoes at home, this is the recipe

Ingredients to make sweet and sour raw mango chutney-
Raw mangoes – 500 grams
Sugar – 1 cup
Dates – 6-7 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make sweet and sour raw mango chutney-
To make sweet and sour chutney of raw mangoes, first wash the mangoes, dry them and peel them. Grate the mango pulp. Now heat a pan and add grated mango pulp to it. Add sugar and half a cup of water, salt and black salt to it, after mixing, cover and cook till it boils well.
Keep in mind that keep stirring it in between with the help of a spoon. After it starts boiling, check it. Add ginger powder, red chili powder, garam masala and cumin and dates to it and cook the chutney on medium heat till it thickens. As soon as the chutney becomes thick, understand that the chutney is ready. Take out the chutney in a vessel. This chutney can be used for 1 to 2 months by keeping it in the refrigerator.
