15 retired teachers felicitated in Golaghat district

Golaghat District Provincialised ME and LP Teachers’ (Tutor) Association feliciated 15 retired teachers of the Golaghat district on Sunday. In this regard, a meeting was held at conference hall of the of the Golaghat Mahila Samiti in Golaghat town. The president, vice president and secretary of the teachers’ association, Bisheswar Barhoi, Rohit Hazarika and Nagen Sarma respectively, said that 15 teachers from various schools of the district had made significant contribution to the profession of teaching. The retired teachers were Ramakanta Bora, Sadaram Bora, Lakhiram Bora, Khageswar Neog, Rita Saikia, Bhuban Ch Konwar, Dwijendra Nath Sarma, Pradip Kumar Borgohain, Sitala Hazarika, Kumod Bora, Prodip Bora, Tonkeswar Konwar, Debakanta Bora, Ronju Bora and Bitul Ch Bora. They were felicitated with a felicitation letter and a phulam gamusa.
