According to the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting Research (SAFAR) data, the air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 83 at 8.40 am, which falls in the satisfactory category.

An AQI between 0 and 50 is considered good, 51 and 100 satisfactory, 101 and 200 moderate, 201 and 300 poor, 301 and 400 very poor and 401 and 500 severe.

At the same time, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rains in Goa on Wednesday.
