FIR on Amit Malviya for posting on Rahul Gandhi

Bengaluru (IANS). Karnataka Police has registered an FIR against Amit Malviya, National Convenor of BJP IT Cell, for publishing derogatory posts against Rahul Gandhi and Congress leaders.

The Bengaluru Police has registered a case against Amit Malviya, National Convenor of BJP IT Cell, for posting derogatory posts.

Let us tell you that state Congress leader Ramesh Babu had lodged a complaint regarding the release of an animated video of Rahul Gandhi.

Amit Malviya posted an animated video on June 17 from his official account.

It is alleged that Amit Malviya had remarked about Rahul Gandhi that “he is playing a dangerous game. Rahul Gandhi, who is chanting anti-India slogans, is leaving no stone unturned to defame India abroad.”

Reacting to the FIR lodged against Amit Malviya, Minister of State Priyank Kharge said that BJP leaders find it difficult to follow the law of the country. I want to ask BJP that which part of the FIR has been filed with malafide intention.

According to information, it has been claimed in that video that Congress party is involved in anti-national activities and whenever Rahul Gandhi goes abroad, he is involved in anti-national activities. It is also shown in the video that Congress and Rahul Gandhi are breaking the country.

Priyank Kharge said that we have decided to shut down the factory of lies run by the BJP party. BJP party workers create fake news, now we will not let this happen. Also said that those posting communal posts will be dealt with strictly.

Kharge said that Amit Malviya should come to Bangalore and tell how Congress is involved in anti-national activities. Otherwise, he will have to apologize and give a letter to the effect that he will not make such allegations in future, he added.
