Make instant halwa from leftover bread, know the recipe

There is hardly anyone who has not tasted semolina and carrot pudding. Apart from this, people also eat gram flour pudding with great enthusiasm. But do you know that you can also make bread pudding. This pudding gets ready in minutes. It does not require much material to make it. Next time, if the expiry date of the bread is near and some bread is left, then you can make pudding out of it. This halwa is very tasty. Making bread pudding is very easy. You can make this halwa on any special occasion. Apart from this, if guests are coming to the house, then you can prepare this pudding quickly for them.
This halwa is made using ghee and dry fruits etc. Here’s an easy recipe to make bread pudding. Bread pudding can also be made with this easy method.

Ghee – 4 to 5 spoons
Cardamom powder – half teaspoon
White Bread – 4 to 5 slices in cubes
Cashew – 2 tbsp
Raisins – 1 tsp
sugar – as required
Milk and water – 1.5 cups
Easy way to make Bread Pudding

First of all heat the pan on the flame. – Add 2 spoons of ghee to it. heat it up.

Now put 2 spoons of cashews in this ghee. Fry them till they turn golden. After this, take them out separately in a bowl.

Now put 1 teaspoon raisins in this pan. Now fry them. When they are roasted, keep them aside.

Then put 2 cups of white bread cubes in the pan.

You have to fry the bread cubes in ghee. Keep stirring them continuously while roasting. Fry them till they become crisp and light golden.

Now add sugar as required. After this, add one and a half cup of milk in it.

You can also add half water and milk instead of milk. Halwa becomes delicious with milk.

Keep stirring it continuously. Everything should fit well. Put saffron threads in it. This is optional.

Cook the halwa on low flame. As the milk begins to absorb the bread, the mixture will begin to thicken.

When the mixture of bread and milk becomes thick, keep stirring it continuously. – Add one spoon of ghee to it.

Garnish the bread pudding with fried cashews and raisins. Add half a teaspoon cardamom powder to it.

Keep stirring it continuously. You will see that ghee will start separating from the pan. In this way your bread pudding will be ready. After this take it out in a bowl and serve it.
