To make jackfruit biryani, you will need jackfruit, chopped onion, half cooked rice, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chili, ginger garlic paste, almonds, cashews, garam masala, turmeric, red chili, black pepper powder, turmeric . Lemon, sugarcane juice, oil and salt should be taken according to taste. Take all these ingredients according to the number of people eating.
How to make Jackfruit Biryani
To make jackfruit biryani, first cut the jackfruit and take out its pulp. After this cut the onion into small pieces. Cut the green chilies and keep them aside. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on low flame. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions and fry it. When the onion is fried well, take it out in a plate and keep it aside. After this, roast cashews and almonds one by one and take them out in a separate plate.
Now once again add some more oil to the pan. After this add jackfruit and fry it. When the jackfruit is lightly roasted, add fried onions to the same pan. Now add cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, finely chopped green chilies, black pepper powder and turmeric. After this, add salt as per taste and mix everything well with the help of a ladle. After this add garlic-ginger paste and lemon juice and mix it well. Now put some water in it and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes. When it is cooked, turn off the gas.
