The students somehow came out by breaking the lock. Then walking 12 kilometers in the scorching sun reached the collector and complained to the collector.

Prayas Residential School is located at Ramtala, Bilaspur. There are two residential schools for boys and girls separately. Admission in Prayas Residential School, which operates from ninth to twelfth, is given on the basis of entrance examination. By keeping the students here, along with school studies, preparations are made for IIT JEE and NEET. The government bears the cost of boarding and lodging of the students. The government has opened Prayas residential school so that the talented children of poor and remote areas can stay and study here. This year, 15 students have been selected in JEE and 22 in NEET from Prayas Residential School. Yesterday the students here reached on foot to meet Collector Saurabh Kumar.
