Include fenugreek-corn paratha in food, know the easy recipe

Fenugreek-corn paratha
(Methi-Makka Paratha)
Material
2 cups maize flour
1 cup fenugreek (chopped)
2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
salt to taste
Half teaspoon each of carom seeds, turmeric powder and asafoetida, 1 teaspoon fennel, oil/ghee for roasting, lukewarm water as required.
Method
Knead all the ingredients together except oil/ghee.
Take the dough and roll it.
Apply oil/ghee on a nonstick pan and bake the parantha till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
Serve with tea or curd.
