Dispute between brothers over land, elder brother killed with wooden frame

The family members hurriedly admitted the injured elder brother to the Community Health Center Batauli, where he died on Wednesday morning. The villagers told that both Nohri Sai Paikra and Jawahar Paikra were real brothers. Those who started arguing among themselves regarding the distribution of land. Enraged by this, younger brother Jawahar, playing the password, attacked the elder brother with a wooden frame and fled from the spot. A serious Nohri Sahai Paikra succumbed during treatment at the Community Health Center Batauli due to younger brother’s attack. At present, Batauli police has taken the accused into custody and further investigation is going on.
