On the night of 5th June at around 01.30, Neeraj Nishad, son of the applicant’s brother-in-law Chowaram Nishad, called up the applicant and told that he had assaulted his father, who was lying injured at home, go and see, on information the applicant called his brother-in-law. When Chowaram went to Nishad’s house, he found that he was lying on the ground inside the room in a bloody condition.

On which crime number 232/23 Section 302 Bhadvi was registered against the accused Neeraj Nishad in police station Tilda Newra. Offense was registered.

Under the direction of senior officers and under the leadership of station in-charge Tilda Nevra, the team of police station Tilda Nevra, while interrogating the applicant and other family members of the deceased in detail regarding the incident, apprehended the accused Neeraj Nishad, who was involved in the incident and interrogated him. It was told that his father Chowaram Nishad used to beat up his mother Bhuneshwari Nishad on the day he came. On the date of the incident also, his father had beaten up his mother Bhuneshwari Nishad and hurt her, on which she had kept sticks and stones near him in a fit of rage. He was hurt by a sharp blow on his father from K. Lodha. Accused Neeraj Nishad was arrested and action was taken against the accused by seizing the stick and stone used in the incident from his possession.
