Report card of five years presented, District Panchayat told the development figures

Bulandshahr: The District Panchayat President, while enumerating the achievements of his five-year tenure, said that this is not just an opportunity to present an account of development works, but to share the journey of public service, development, and public trust, which was carried forward under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pledge of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas” and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision of good governance, transparency, and Antyodaya.

The District Panchayat President stated that over the past five years, the District Panchayat’s primary objective has been to ensure that the benefits of development schemes reach the lowest rung in the district. He stated that efforts have been made to ensure that no village remains excluded from the mainstream of development and to provide essential basic amenities in rural areas.

He explained that the District Panchayat did not limit its role solely to construction projects, but also paid special attention to connecting rural areas with improved connectivity. Prioritizing the development of roads, link roads, and other infrastructure in villages, which facilitated rural transportation and accelerated the pace of development.

The District Panchayat President stated that there are a total of 951 Gram Panchayats, including hamlets, in Bulandshahr district. The District Panchayat has made continuous efforts to bring development work to these areas. He claimed that approximately 965 villages in the district have been provided with various development projects.

He stated that the District Panchayat has prepared comprehensive plans for development work in rural areas and prioritized them based on needs. Efforts have been made to transform rural areas through road construction, connectivity, and other public amenities.

He stated that the District Panchayat’s goal has not been limited to statistics, but rather to understand the needs of the rural population and work on the ground. Special attention has been paid to maintaining transparency and quality in development projects.

The District Panchayat President stated that under the leadership of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister, a new direction for development has been set in the state. In line with this, continuous efforts have been made in Bulandshahr to strengthen rural areas and provide better facilities to the people.

He said that this five-year term has been successful due to the cooperation of public representatives, officials, and the general public. Everyone’s contribution has been crucial in advancing development work.

He expressed confidence that in the future, the District Panchayat will prioritize rural development and strive to meet public expectations. Work will continue to expand infrastructure in rural areas and effectively implement development plans.
