Rajasthan BJP Leader Denies Withholding Blankets from Muslim Women

Jaipur: A BJP leader discriminated against Muslim women. He said that he would not distribute blankets to them. The blankets distributed to Muslim women were taken back. BJP leader and former MP Sukhbir Singh Jaunapuria from Tonk Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan distributed blankets at a function on Sunday. However, he asked the names of the women and asked his followers to give them blankets.

Meanwhile, when a Muslim woman mentioned her name, Sukhbir Singh said that she should not be given a blanket. The blanket given to the Muslim woman was taken back. He said that those who abuse Prime Minister Narendra Modi have no right to take blankets. “Listen to me, those who abuse (Prime Minister) Modi have no right to take (blankets). If you think badly about it, I cannot do anything,” he said. He ordered the Muslim women to leave the place. With this, they left the place.

On the other hand, Tonk Sawai Madhopur Congress MP Harish Chandra Meena shared this video on social media. He condemned the behavior of BJP leader Sukhbir Singh. “Distributing blankets after asking the names of poor and helpless women and taking them back after knowing their religion is shameful and inhumane,” he criticized in the post.
