Stabbing Incident on Chittyala National Highway Sparks Stir

A stabbing incident on the Chittyala National Highway has created a stir. A man asked for a lift from a car going from Nalgonda to Hyderabad at Narketpalli. The driver, Imran, stopped the car and gave him a lift. After going some distance, the man who asked for a lift and got into the car suddenly attacked Imran with a knife. He tried to snatch his motorbike. When the unconscious Imran resisted, the man fled from there. The driver, who was seriously injured in the stabbing, was rushed to the Nallagonda hospital in a 108 vehicle on information from locals. The Chittyala police, who registered a case, have launched a search operation to trace the assailant.
