Pregnant woman commando brutally murdered by husband
New Delhi: A pregnant woman commando was brutally murdered by her husband. He hit her on the head several times with a dumbbell. (Woman Commando Murdered) The woman commando died while undergoing treatment in a hospital. Her husband was arrested by the police. The incident took place in the national capital Delhi. 27-year-old Kajal Chaudhary joined the Delhi Police in 2022. She is currently working as a woman commando in the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team.
Meanwhile, Kajal got married to Ankur, who works as a clerk in Delhi Cantonment under the Department of Defense, in 2023. The couple has a one-and-a-half-year-old son. However, there are frequent arguments between the husband and wife over financial matters.
On the other hand, on January 22, Kajal, who was four months pregnant, was murdered by her husband Ankur. He hit her on the head with a heavy dumbbell several times while she was talking to her brother on the phone. Kajal, who was on the phone, told her brother about the attack.
However, Kajal, who suffered severe head injuries, died on January 27 while undergoing treatment in the hospital. In this context, Kajal’s brother filed a complaint with the police. He alleged that his husband and in-laws’ family members had harassed his sister for extra dowry. The police have registered a murder case against Ankur. He has been arrested and sent to judicial custody for remand, a police officer said.
