An Indian man was brutally murdered in Canada. The murder took place in the city of Surrey on Tuesday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as Binder Garcha (48), a businessman from Punjab. Locals found Binder Garcha’s body lying some distance from his house and informed the police.
Police who reached the scene confirmed that he had died of bullet injuries. It is learnt that Binder had been living in Canada for several years and was running a photo studio called Studio-12. However, the reasons for the murder are yet to be ascertained. The police have seized the gun believed to have been used by the assailants in the shooting.
Police said that the search for the accused who opened fire on Binder Garcha is ongoing. They revealed that a case has been registered and an investigation has been launched into the incident.
