New Delhi [India], December 25: Team Marksmen Network successfully concluded the 5th edition of Most Preferred Brands 2025-26 on December 11, 2025, at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, Mumbai. This exclusive evening brought together senior marketers, CXOs, brand strategists, and thought leaders to understand how personalization, innovation, and authenticity are reshaping consumer-brand relationships in a rapidly evolving hyper-connected marketplace.
Under the central theme of “Personalization is the New Preference,” the platform explored how brands are moving beyond transactions to build emotional connections, trust, and a sense of belonging. Based on a comprehensive, cross-industry consumer research study conducted by LeadCap Ventures (Consumer Research Partner), the initiative evaluated brands across key dimensions including customer experience, personalization, purpose, transparency, advocacy, trust, and innovation.
Addressing the audience, Rishi Kapoor, CEO of Team Marksmen Network, said, “Personalization is the new frontier of brand relevance. Kicking off the evening, Prahlad Kakkar, Founder of Genesis Film Production Pvt. Ltd., delivered the keynote address titled “Becoming a Preferred Brand: A Leader’s Vision for the Future.” Drawing from decades of brand-building and storytelling experience, Kakkar highlighted the role of emotion, authenticity, and trust in transforming brands into enduring icons that command trust and loyalty. The evening also featured an engaging panel discussion titled “Innovation, Authenticity, and Advocacy – The Brand Trinity for the Next Decade,” bringing together senior leaders from diverse industries. The panel included Amol Ghadge, Marketing Head, Pfizer Limited; Biswajit Dutta, Head – CRM, Loyalty & Analytics, Metro Brands Limited; Naveen Baid, Head – Web Growth (E-commerce D2C), Lenovo India; and Ankit Goenka, Senior Vice President and Head Customer Experience, Bajaj General Insurance Limited. Moderated by Karan Karahi, Editor-in-Chief of Team Marksmen Network, the discussion explored how brands are leveraging technology, data, creativity, and purpose to build advocacy-driven ecosystems based on trust and relevance. A highlight of the evening was the Guest of Honour address by Dr. Deepak R. Sawant, Chairman of the Task Force for Malnutrition Eradication (Cabinet Minister Rank), Government of Maharashtra, and former Minister of Public Health and Family Welfare, Government of Maharashtra. The evening culminated with the India’s Most Preferred Brands 2025-26 awards ceremony, honoring organizations that have successfully blended technology with creativity and incorporated purpose into consumer engagement.
