MLA’s representative arrested at the airport for misbehaving with a principal in Bhilai.

Durg. In a case of obstructing official duties, creating a disturbance, and damaging government property at Kalyan College in the Bhilai Nagar police station area, the police have arrested the absconding main accused, NSUI state secretary and Bhilai Nagar MLA representative Akash Kanojia, near Nagpur Airport in Maharashtra. The accused was planning to flee to Delhi. The NSUI leader had entered the college premises, misbehaved with the principal, and damaged official documents.
According to the police, on the afternoon of December 9th, official work related to the verification and signing of examination forms was underway at Kalyan College. During this time, Akash Kanojia, Deepak Pal, Anand Yadu, former honorary assistant professor Nitesh Gupta, Ashish Kalo, Bhaumit Patel, and Anshul Sharma, along with some other youths, illegally entered the college premises. All the accused, using abusive language, went directly to the office of Principal Dr. Vinay Sharma. It is alleged that the accused threw official documents kept in the principal’s office from the table, which not only disrupted official work but also damaged government property. Dr. Vinay Sharma was also subjected to misbehavior during this incident.
After receiving a complaint, the Bhilai Nagar police registered a case against all the accused under sections 191(2), 221, 296, and 324(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The police promptly launched an investigation and intensified the search for the accused. Station House Officer Jitendra Verma said that Akash Kanojia had been absconding since the incident. He was arrested in Maharashtra after a raid.
