Jalandhar: WhatsApp chatbot service started in Aam Aadmi clinics

Jalandhar: After the launch of WhatsApp Chatbot service at Aam Aadmi Clinics across the state by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Cabinet Minister Mohinder Bhagat said that patients will now be able to get their list of medicines, test reports, appointment reminders and other health-related information directly on WhatsApp. With this new system, people will no longer need to stand in queues at offices or clinics.

He said that this automated chatbot system will securely manage patient information and eliminate the need for paper records, thereby saving time and improving efficiency. Mohinder Bhagat said, “Aam Aadmi Clinics are revolutionizing healthcare. The launch of this WhatsApp service has further strengthened Punjab’s health model.” The services available through WhatsApp Chatbot will include list and information on prescribed medicines, lab test reports, appointment notifications, answers to common health-related queries. The minister said that this new service will be a great convenience for the public and will take the reach of government healthcare services to new heights.
