Hyderabad: Two arrested with drugs worth Rs 10.9 lakh in Uppal

Hyderabad: The Rachakonda Narcotics Police team of Eagles on Thursday nabbed two men for illegal possession of drugs at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal and seized 200 grams of OG Kush and 12 grams of Ecstasy pills from them, worth a total of Rs 10.9 lakh. The two men, K Mohit and Swapnil Varthe, hailing from Secunderabad, procured the drugs from local dealers in Mumbai and transported them to Hyderabad through couriers and human carriers. They had a separate network of consumers to whom they would sell the drugs and make easy money. Acting on a tip-off, the duo was nabbed and the drugs were seized.
