MP: Dewas Collector reviewed the progress, warned the departments

Madhya Pradesh : A review meeting was held in the conference hall of the Collectorate to assess the progress of CM Helpline complaints and inter-departmental coordination in Dewas district. The meeting was chaired by Collector Rituraj Singh. Collector Singh stressed on quick and satisfactory redressal of CM Helpline complaints and warned departments like Health, Tribal Welfare, Agriculture and Cottage Industries to improve their response grading. He ordered withholding one month’s salary and departmental inquiry against the Cottage and Village Industries Officer for frequent absence and not doing work. Singh also directed the officials to resolve complaints pending for more than 100 days under the Samadhan Online Portal and expedite the online process in revenue courts. He demanded digitization and fencing of government temple lands, removal of encroachment and formation of land allotment cell.
