Mahua liquor maker arrested in the backyard of his house

Magarlod. Taking seriously the complaint given by the women of Mohndi regarding illegal liquor sale, Superintendent of Police Suraj Singh Parihar directed the police station in-charge to take action by running a continuous campaign against illegal liquor.

In this episode, on the information received from the informer that Rajesh Bhoyar had kept raw Mahua liquor for sale in the garden of his house in Ghasidas Chowk of village Mohndi, Magarlod police immediately went and took action and seized 20 liters of raw Mahua liquor worth Rs 4000/- in two white plastic jerry cans containing 10 liters each from the possession of accused Rajesh Bhoyar, son of Soni Bhoyar, age 20 years, resident of village Mohndi, police station Magarlod, and duly arrested the accused and took legal action under case number 73/25 section 34 (2) of the Excise Act of police station Magarlod and sent the accused on judicial remand. The entire action was specially contributed by Prar. Shanta Dhruv, R. Kirtan Sonkar, Govinda Ghritalhare, Mr. Triveni Dhruv.
