Odisha: Three members of a family killed, 3 injured in a car accident on NH-326

Odisha : Three members of a family were killed while three others were seriously injured in a tragic incident on National Highway 326 near Gaudguda Chhak under Baipariguda police limits in Odisha’s Koraput district today.

According to reports, the family was going from Nayagarh to Malkangiri when the driver lost control of the vehicle, leading to the fatal accident. The collision with a roadside tree was so severe that all three occupants died on the spot.

The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals for immediate medical attention. One of them has been admitted to Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College and Hospital in Koraput while the other two are undergoing treatment at Baipariguda Community Health Centre.

The police have seized the accident vehicle and launched an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
