ASI suspended in Mayurbhanj for neglecting duty by getting intoxicated, attacking female constable

Baripada: In a rare incident, a Police ASI has been suspended in Baripada in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha on Tuesday for neglecting in duty due to getting intoxicated and for attacking a female constable.

The suspended ASI has been identified as Bhaba Majhi.

As per reports, Mayurbhanj SP suspended him today. He was working as an ASI in the Court in Betanati. He has been reportedly suspended on the charge of neglecting duty due to getting intoxicated and for attacking a female constable.
