Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Monogram launched in India

DELHI Delhi: German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz has launched the SL 680 Maybach Monogram Series in India. The SL 680 Monogram Series is one of the most expensive models sold by Mercedes-Benz in India. Buyers of the Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series have two colour options, two alloy wheel designs to choose from. Since the regular SL is available in a 2+2 seater configuration, the SL 680 Monogram Series is a purely 2-seater sedan.

Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Price:

The Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series is priced at ₹4.20 crore (ex-showroom).

Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Exterior:

The exterior of the Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series features a lot of chrome. The luxury auto maker offers the SL 680 Monogram Series in two paint schemes, White and Red. As for alloy wheel options, buyers can choose either a 5-spoke mono block style or a multi-spoke style, both of which are 21-inches in size. Since this is a Maybach model, the SL 680 has multiple logos on various panels, including the bonnet. The front grille is illuminated and the Maybach logos are also present on the fabric roof.

Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Interior:

The Mercedes Maybach SL 680 is purely a two-seater luxury sedan. On the inside, it is a regular SL, but with some great luxury elements. The interior is completely wrapped in Nappa leather on every part, to enhance the appeal, and it features a 12.3-inch instrument cluster and a 11.9-inch vertical infotainment system.

Mercedes Maybach SL 680 Engine Specifications:

The Mercedes Maybach SL 680 is powered by the Monogram series 4.0L twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, which produces 577BHP and 800Nm of torque. These power figures are 107BHP and 100Nm more than the regular AMG SL 55 available in India. This engine is paired with a nine-speed DCT transmission, and power is sent to all four wheels of the sedan.
