Tiger came towards the city, people in panic after attack on cow

Bilaspur. People in Bilaspur were terrified by the news of a tiger reaching close to the city. It was told that the tiger has attacked a cow. As soon as the information was received, the forest staff also became active. During this, the search was done in Sakri, Hafa, Lokhari and surrounding areas throughout the day. But the team neither saw the tiger nor found pugmarks. The forest department team suspects that the cow was bitten by some other animal.

In fact, information is being received about the tiger roaming in different places in the Takhatpur forest area for the last few days. Last week, the tiger was seen near the farm near Belpan. During this time, a farmer who went to the farm in the morning was attacked by the tiger, due to which he got injured. As soon as the information was received, the team of Forest Department and Achanakmar Tiger Reserve reached the spot, they also saw the tiger. The tiger was resting behind the bushes. But, the department officials did not pay any attention to rescue the tiger.

After which on the second day the team launched a search operation to find the tiger. But, the tiger was not there. Then the forest officials informed that the tiger has moved towards ATR. After which, reports of tiger sightings are being received from various villages of this area.
