NAS- A big revolution in MBBS counselling

Delhi: Every year, 90% of MBBS aspirants miss out on important MBBS counselling notifications and hence lose out on the chance to get an MBBS seat across various states. The reasons are obvious: tracking multiple state counselling websites daily is time-consuming, and without regular monitoring, students often miss out on important updates.

Also, some states change their counselling websites every year, making it difficult for students to stay updated. Many counselling portals also mix up notifications for different courses, causing students to ignore important updates from that cluster.

Understanding these challenges, My Career My Future (MCMF), a unit of MCMF EDU-SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED which has been into MBBS counselling for over 12 years, has introduced India’s first and only Notification Alert Software (NAS) addressing all these challenges of MBBS aspirants.

With NAS, students no longer have to manually track multiple state counselling websites, said Amrik Singh, CEO, MCMF. Instead, NAS organises the notifications in state-wise folders under each student’s profile. Whenever a counselling committee releases a notification related to MBBS, it will automatically appear in the respective state’s folder.

The main benefit? Students will receive instant SMS alerts on their registered mobile numbers, ensuring they don’t miss any important updates. Director Shikha Hans said NAS will not only save students the valuable time spent checking multiple websites, but will also guarantee that they never miss an opportunity for an MBBS seat.
