Maoists hack elderly man to death on suspicion of Police informer

Malkangiri: Maoists killed a man on the suspicion of police informer in Malkangiri bordering Chhattisgarh’s Sukhma district.

The red-rebels killed an old man alleging him to be a police informer. The incident happened in Potapada village. The deceased old man has been identified as Kalumu Hidma of the same village. He is the younger brother of the father-in-law of former MLA Manish Kunjam.

Suspecting his links with the police, the Maoists brutally hacked the man to death. Police launched a search operation.

According to information, few days ago, Maoists killed two youths on the suspicion of police informer in Budgiche of Chhattisgarh.
