In which they informed about the facilities available to leprosy patients and mental patients and the rights of people at various levels under the rules of human rights. He said that all of you have been taught to identify mental patients. Now it is your responsibility to treat them with compassion and not let their rights be violated. Similarly, leprosy patients also need complete treatment with affection, love and cooperation.
