Silt of Avanti Vihar overhead tank was cleaned
Raipur. Today, as per the orders of Raipur District Collector and Municipal Corporation Administrator Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, the Water Works Department of Municipal Corporation Raipur got the work of cleaning the silt of the 3200 kilolitre capacity overhead tank of Daldal Seoni done on a campaign basis. After regular water supply in the morning in Daldal Seoni overhead tank, while cleaning the water tank, along with cleaning the silt, chemical treatment, cleaning of all the chambers and painting was also done.
It is worth mentioning here that for this work, Satguru Agency and Safe Clean Agency have been contracted by the Municipal Corporation Water Works Department for cleaning the silt of the overhead tank under the procedure as per rules. The work of cleaning the silt in the overhead tank of Daldal Seoni was started today at 9 am through the contracted agency and was completed by 1 pm. On Thursday, 13 February 2025, the silt of Avanti Vihar overhead tank of 3200 kilo liter capacity will be cleaned by the Municipal Corporation Water Department after the regular water supply in the morning.
