Illegal encroachment on drains in mohallas will be demolished for cleaning

Bhilai. Today, during the visit to wards number 38, 30, 32 etc. of zone number 04 Shivaji Khursipar area, it was seen that some citizens have illegally occupied the drain and covered it. Some people have built bathrooms and bath rooms on it. There are some occupiers who have even built houses by putting slabs on the drain. Commissioner Rajiv Kumar Pandey has ordered Assistant Revenue Officer of Zone No. 4, Balakrishna Naidu, to issue notice to all such illegal occupiers.
The occupiers should vacate the place within four days. Otherwise, the occupation will be vacated by Municipal Corporation Bhilai through JCB. There is a possibility of more construction being destroyed than required. The entire responsibility for this will be of the house owner. How will the cleaning be done, how can the cleaning gang work there. Neither will the shovel of the cleaning worker work there. If everyone blames each other, then cleaning will not happen. Garbage gets clogged near illegal occupation. It is also seen that people throw polythene wrappers, membranes, foils, disposables, Kurkure packets, gutka packets etc. in the drain in front of their houses. Only water can go through the drain, not garbage. There is a need to change the mentality, action for fine is being taken against all such shopkeepers. Health Officer Javed Ali, Public Relations Officer Ajay Shukla, Zone Health Officer Hemant Manjhi, Zone Supervisor Mant Ram Yadav, PIU Abhinav Thokne, Shubham Patni etc. were present during the inspection.
