More than 100 students were targeted, millions of subscribers on YouTube channel, know the tricks of the cunning man

Koderma: In Koderma, Jharkhand, the police have arrested a cunning man who cheated unemployed youths by bluffing them. Police say that this accused used to show the dream of a job to the students through a YouTube channel. He had more than three lakh subscribers on his channel, on which he used to present himself as a coaching expert. At present, the accused has been arrested.

According to the information, Mukesh Yadav, a resident of Lokai in Koderma, used to trap students in his trap by luring them with recruitment in prestigious services. After winning the trust in the name of studies and guidance, he used to promise to give experience certificates in a fake manner.

A huge amount was charged from the students. These certificates had barcodes, which when scanned would reveal the name of the students. This made the students feel that they have got the right documents, and they used to use these certificates while applying for jobs.

Koderma police was receiving complaints of students who had lost money after falling into the trap of Mukesh Yadav. Police started investigation with the help of cyber team and kept an eye on the activities of the accused. Finally, he was arrested from a rented house in Tilaiya area.

During the arrest, police seized several evidences from Mukesh Yadav, including laptops, mobile phones and equipment for making fake certificates. During interrogation, he told that till now he has cheated more than 120 students.

Koderma SP Anudeep Singh said that this accused has made students of not only Jharkhand but also other states his victims. Police is now investigating who else can be involved in this gang.
