The miscreant did not obey the orders of SP-Collector, then arrested

Raipur. The miscreant Ashu Chhatri was arrested for not following the order of the District Magistrate. To curb the criminal activities of the applicant miscreant Ashu Kshatriya, father Ishwar Kshatriya, age 22 years, resident of Valmiki Nagar under Kabir Nagar police station area, legal action was taken against the applicant under section 5 (b) of Chhattisgarh State Security Act 1990 on 20 November 2024 by the District Magistrate and he was expelled (district ban) from the revenue limits of Raipur district and nearby districts Durg, Dhamtari, Mahasamund, Balodabazar for 03 months.

The miscreant Ashu Kshatriya did not follow the said order and was found roaming in Valmiki Nagar on 08.02.2025, so the miscreant Ashu Kshatriya was brought to Kabir Nagar police station and a case number 23/25 section- 223BNS, 15 CG was registered against the miscreant. State Security Act 1990, a crime was registered and he was arrested and presented in the honourable court.
