Wrong comment on Vishal’s health… case filed against YouTubers

Mumbai: A case has been registered against Tamil YouTuber Segura for defaming Kollywood actor Vishal. South Indian Actors Association President Nasir recently lodged a complaint against his YouTube channels at the Thenampet police station in Chennai. The police will take action in this regard. Vishal’s film ‘Madha Gaja Raja’ is running successfully in theaters. Actor Vishal fell ill while attending a press conference during the release of the film. He was seen shivering at the ‘Madha Gaja Raja’ event. This made the fans very worried about what had happened to him. It is known that this video went viral at that time.

Vishal, who was relieved about the release of his film ‘Madha Gajaraj’ after 11 years, reached the event regardless of his illness. Vishal had dengue fever that day. He was shivering while holding the mic on stage due to 103 degree fever. However, even after Vishal told about his health condition, some YouTubers wrote false news about his health for views. Therefore, a case was registered against such people.

Actor Nassar has filed a case against YouTubers who spread false propaganda against Vishal. The comments they have made are as follows. ‘Actor Vishal has become physically weak due to alcohol addiction. There is a serious illness behind the tremors in his hands and legs. He will soon become even weaker. Vishal may move away from the film industry in the future. No one will want to act with him.’ They made baseless and derogatory comments against Vishal. Based on the complaint of actor Nassar, a case has been filed against Segura and two YouTube channels under three sections including defamation and Information Technology Act.
