Alert issued to a dozen villages to be cautious of tiger

Khairagarh. Tiger footprints have been seen in the district. The forest department has become alert due to the tiger’s arrival. The department has made announcements in 17 villages and asked the villagers to be alert. Along with this, patrolling has also been increased in the forest areas. The movement of tigers in the forests of Khairagarh and Dongargarh has attracted the attention of the forest department and environmental experts.

Let us tell you that the local organization Prakriti Shodh and Conservation Society has been continuously monitoring the movement of tigers here for the last five years. This area serves as an important corridor for tigers, through which tigers pass through here every year. Earlier there was a permanent presence of tigers in this area, but even now tigers visit here every year.
