In Azad Chowk police station crime number 13/25 section 299, 325 BNS and CG Krishak Pashu Parikshan Act 2004 section 4, 5, 6, 10, a total of 06 accused were caught selling beef in a house located in Mominpara under police station Azad Chowk area. 01. Muntazir Haider alias Haider father Khurshid Ali age 30 years resident in front of Dr. Bhagwat Clinic, Momin Para, Police Station Azad Chowk, Raipur. 04. Ashfaq Ali father Khurshid Ali age 47 years resident in front of Mominpara JK Kiraya Bhandaar, Police Station Azad Chowk, Raipur. 05. Arman Haider father Khurshid Ali age 28 years resident of Mominpara Duldul Gali Handipara, Police Station Azad Chowk, Raipur. 06. Mohd. Irshad Qureshi father Mohd. Razzaq Qureshi age 28 years resident of Bilal Nagar Boriyakhurd, Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur. 07. Bilkis Bano wife Khurshid Ali age 70 years resident of Mominpara, Police Station Azad Chowk, Raipur. 08. Eram Zehra father Asgar Ali age 30 years resident of Mominpara, Police Station Azad Chowk, Raipur has been arrested and action has been taken.
On the basis of interrogation of the arrested accused, 01 other accused Shahid Khan involved in the case was arrested and action was taken against him. Detailed interrogation of the arrested accused is going on in connection with the case.
