Vishnudev Sarkar gave financial help of 5 lakhs to Teejan Bai

Raipur. State Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal reached the residence of Padma Vibhushan Teejan Bai, a folk singer of Pandavani, in her village Ganiyari (Development Block Patan, District Durg) today to know about her condition. He met Padma Vibhushan Teejan Bai and her family members and inquired about their well-being and inquired about their health. Minister Jaiswal presented a cheque of financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to Padma Vibhushan Teejan Bai on behalf of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. Mr Jaiswal also assured to discuss with the Chief Minister regarding the demand for a job in the family. Along with this, he talked about providing better medical facilities from the government level.
