Kendrapara: Jail warder found hanging under mysterious condition

Kendrapara: The death of a jail warder under mysterious circumstances has raised eyebrows in Kendrapara district.

The deceased has been identified as Bijaya Parida, the warder of the Kendrapara Sub-jail. A resident of Gurudijhatia in Cuttack district, Parida was posted as the jail warder of Kendrapara sub-jail.

Parida was found hanging from the ceiling when he was rescued. However, the reason behind his mysterious death is yet to be ascertained. Whether he died by suicide or it was a planned murder is unclear as of now.

The Sadar police reached the spot and is carrying out an investigation to know about the reason behind Parida’s death. More details are awaited.
